This 13-string / 7-course oud is built around a highly figured Caucasian walnut bowl and a torrefied Engelmann spruce soundboard, combining visual depth with a mature, responsive acoustic character.
 
The instrument features natural horn rosettes, ebony pegs, and a torrefied Okoume neck reinforced with carbon fiber for improved long-term stability. With a 58.5 cm scale length and extended 7-course setup, it offers a wider tonal range while preserving the character and immediacy of the oud.

This oud was completed in the new fine-tuning and acoustic research area of my workshop — a cleaner space dedicated to final setup, inspection, and sound evaluation before the instrument leaves the workshop.
